Keynotes Consultants W.L.L. reserves the right to exercise its discretion and refuses, limits, or terminates any user's access to this Site and any other private or public forums for any reason, including but not limited to posting what Keynotes Consultants W.L.L. deems as inappropriate messages or content, engaging in what Keynotes Consultants deem as disruptive behavior. Such conduct may also constitute a violation of the terms and conditions on this Site and may void the refund policy for the programs on this Site. In addition, Keynotes Consultants W.L.L. or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-generated content at any time and for any reason.
Facebook groups and other forums are intended to serve as discussion centers for users and subscribers. The information and content published in these public forums may be provided by the employees of Keynotes Consultants W.L.L., or users not affiliated with Keynotes Consultants W.L.L. and some may use anonymous usernames. Keynotes Consultants W.L.L. expressly disclaims all responsibility and endorsement and makes no representation as to the validity of any opinion, advice, information or statements made or displayed in these forums by third parties, nor are we responsible for any errors or omissions in such postings, or for hyperlinks embedded in any messages. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and any dispute subject to binding arbitration in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This Site may contain links to other independent third-party sites ("Linked Sites"). These Linked Sites are provided only as a convenience to our visitors. Keynotes Consultants has not reviewed all the sites linked to its website. These Linked Sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for and do not endorse the content of these Linked Sites, including any information or materials containing such linked sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Keynotes Consultants of those sites. Use of any such linked website is at your own risk.
The refund policy for the training programs on the Site is strictly subject to the terms and conditions stipulated at the time of registration for each program. Unless expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall modify or alter these provisions. Keynotes Consultants reserves the right to issue refunds in the form preferred by us and to deduct any expenses resulting from refunds. In total, refund requests are made if the payment is made by mistake by the participant prior to attending the workshop or on-site training program.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of receipt of the item(s). Unless otherwise specified, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. The time that it takes for a refund credit to appear on your account may vary based on the form of payment used.
Because we want to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and constantly improve our products and programs wherever possible, we may seek input from customers who have submitted a refund request through a short telephone call to understand why the refund was requested.
Keynotes Consultants further has the exclusive right to terminate individual user’s access to the Site and related account(s), including but not limited to, due to any violation of the terms and conditions of this Site. You further agree that Keynotes Consultants will not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these terms and conditions.
Keynotes Consultants reserves the right to disclose any information about you (including your identity) required for any investigation into any complaint relating to your use of the Site and / or to bring legal action against you for damages caused to Keynotes Consultants and/or its customers in breach of these terms and conditions.
Keynotes Consultants also reserves the right to disclose any information about you necessary to comply with any applicable law, legal process or government request.
In the event that Keynotes Consultants does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms and Conditions, Keynotes Consultants is entitled to recover from you all reasonable legal fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief that may be granted.
