Eman has always been passionate to learn, explore and share expertise.  She spent the first part of her career educating, training, mentoring and assisting others to realize their potential on the job or achieve higher academic degrees. She worked as an in-house trainer for one of the local commercial banks and a local mentor for MBA students of Strathclyde University and Sheffield Hallam University for Marketing Management

During the past 15 years of her career in banking, she enjoyed the thrill of generating leads, the excitement of converting those leads to clients and the sense of fulfillment in building long-term relationships with those clients. Those relationships never die and continue to support her in her career. Now she teaches that same principal to entrepreneurs and business owners.

In 2009, she established Keynotes Consultants, a marketing consulting firm in Bahrain. Using the principles of Duct Tape Marketing, her program emphasizes the need for a clearly defined marketing strategy before actual marketing tactics are employed. She consults and trains business owners how to grow their business by focusing on developing customer relationships rather than just making a sale.

Far too many people sink their heart, soul and life savings into a business they’re passionate about, and then watch it sink because they lack a sound marketing strategy.  Eman believes entrepreneurs who have a clear understanding of their marketing goals will be empowered to make their own decisions on which marketing tactics will best meet their needs and budget.
